What’s the Best Method?

There are many methods that people use to lose weight.  Some use exercise, some use counting calories, some focus on eating special foods.  Some use a combination of all three and maybe other methods.

Most people find that the methods don’t work out in the long run.  They may work at first, but the one using the method eventually gives up and returns to their old patterns and maybe even gain more weight than they’d lost.  I’ve been there.
