Rob and Kalen Poulos aren’t buff and bronze fitness instructors, they’re two people who struggled with weight and finally put together a practical weight loss program that worked for them.

Rob is in his late 30′s and has been down the usual weight problem road: yo-yoing up and down on his weight, trying diets and cardio and a dozen different other programs.  By his estimate he spent over $20,000 trying to loose the weight.  When he finally figured out what worked (persistent guy, right?) he shared it with his wife Kalen, then his brother Mike, then friends…all experienced great results.  Sure, part of this might be Rob’s contagious enthusiasm, but that’s sort of what you get with his program.

When you click on the link I’ve given you it will take you to a page that leads you to a video presentation.  Go ahead and click on the video presentation.  The only part of this program that’s a little off-putting is that the video presentation doesn’t have a pause button, and when you back out of it you get a message asking if you really want to leave.  But if you persist through that the presentation is engaging and the program has worked for a ton of people.
